Chamonix-Property.com from Mountain Base is owned and managed by Andy Symington & Matt Edelsten, qualified Chartered Surveyors who share more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of property agency and management.  Our passion for Chamonix and experience of everything it offers ensures we can provide accurate and appropriate advice for buyers and sellers alike.

  
 
SARL Mountain-Base.com is a French registered business that was formed in 2004.  Both Andy and Matt have been approved for the Carte Professionelle, which certifies that they are fully qualified, licensed and insured to operate as agents in France.  The Carte Professionelle is renewed annually and requiries the company to have professional indemnity insurance and maintain a cash bond to protect its clients.  Due to the lengthy bureaucratic process, it is still rare for foreign Estate Agents to hold the Carte Professionelle, meaning that buyers are passed on to local agents to complete the purchase.  Mountain Base will be able to take you through the entire process and will be present at all stages to offer advice and guide the buyer through the complexities of the transaction.
