There is also an ensuite bedroom at this level plus a guest WC. Finally, on the top floor, there are a further 4 bedrooms, all ensuite.
The chalet has been, and continues to be, run as a catered and self-catered rental business.
There are very few chalets like this in the entire Valley. Indeed, it is one of the only genuine ski-in, ski-out positions (have a look at Google Streetview, taken from the Aillouds piste looking directly at the chalet. A ready-made rental business should it be wanted, but the chalet could equally be used as a home or second home.

The centre of les Houches itself is just over 2kms away, a little under a 5 minute drive. The roads are very well cleared so access is not a problem. The pistes lead directly to the Prarion gondola, where a regular bus service connects to the rest of the Valley.
