Our opinion
You don't get many apartments with a view from the balcony like this! Also there's plenty of extra space on the upper floor to sleep up to 6 people. The proximity to Les Houches' best skiing at the Prarion also gives it an edge.

Location
The apartment is well located in Les Houches - very close to the Prarion lift and easily walkable to several bars and restaurants. Lake Chavants is a few minutes away where in winter you will find the children's snow garden and crêche and in summer tennis courts, a climbing wall, children's play area and a host of organised activities.
