Our opinion

This is a unique apartment with tremendous views from each window and a particularly fabulous view of Mont Blanc from the balcony and due to this and it's central location it would make a great rental investment.

Location

Situated just off the main street, Rue du Docteur Paccard, it's location means that the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of the town centre are a very short walk away. The nearest supermarket is Petit Casino which is 150 metres from the apartment.

For access to the slopes, the nearest bus stop, Chamonix Centre, is 200m away. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus or car, just to the north of the town centre. The famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, for access to the Vallée Blanche, is 600 metres away.
