    Our opinion
    Biolay is a pleasant mix of a modern, functional apartment within a traditional style chalet building. It is a small co-ownership of only 5 apartments, most of which are used for a combination of rental and personal use. It has a proven rental history, driven largely by its quiet position and proximity to the town centre, as well as being close to the Planards nursery slopes where many beginner ski lessons take place.

    The apartment is superbly located adjacent the les Planards ski area and just under 500 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants of the town centre.

    For access to the slopes, there is a major bus stop less than 200 metres from the apartment, which in turn is a few metres from the main Chamonix train station, giving access up and down the Valley. The nearest supermarket is on Avenue Michel Croz, close to the station, although Chamonix's main supermarket, Carrefour, is only 650 metres away.
