    Chalet Belachat is situated on the edge of the sought after neighbourhood of Les Pècles, around a 20 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix and about 200m from the Gaillands lake and the well-known Gaillands climbing wall. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in Chamonix town centre, less than 2km away. The closest ski area is Brévent, less than 2km from the chalet (a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk). There is a bus stop less than 100m from the chalet from which a regular service runs to Chamonix, Les Houches and the different ski areas in the Valley.
