Our opinionThis is a large chalet with plenty of options for a potential buyer. With the number of bedrooms and separate apartment, it could run commercially with staff accommodation, or as a home with plenty of space for guests. Alternatively, the space could be opened up through renovation with large windows in the main facade and double height living, making the most of the light and views towards the mountains.

LocationThe chalet is located at the western edge of Vieux Servoz, in a private position backed by forest. It is just over 1km (15 minute walk) to the village centre with its supermarket, bars and restaurants.
Servoz is the gateway to the Chamonix Valley and is well placed for access to a number of different ski areas, all included on the Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass, including les Houches (10 mins by car), Chamonix Brévent (15 mins), St Gervais (20 mins) and Mégève (30 mins). It is just over 2km to the Autoroute Blanche, giving easy access to Geneva airport.
