It has been substantially extended to allow two additional bedrooms but its effect on the lounge is excellent and has allowed full height glazing and a stylish centre-piece fireplace. The area would suit people looking for a permanent residence in a sunny, quiet area and who would like to be part of a community.

    Chalet Chapelle is located in Servoz le Lac, next to Servoz Village at the foot of the Chamonix Valley. It is generally 4 degrees warmer than Chamonix and is a short drive to a choice of ski areas, including les Houches (6 minutes), Chamonix (14 minutes) and St Gervais (14 minutes). There is a small selection of restaurants, bars, post office and a supermarket within a short walk of the chalet.
