It is approximately 10 mins walk or 3-4 minutes on a bike. In addition there is a 10 year building guarantee as it's a new build. This property would appeal to all - a great rental, second home or primary residence.

Location

The chalet is situated within the sought after Les Nants area of Chamonix, 1km to the east of Chamonix itself (a 10 minute walk) and 1.3km  from the village of les Praz. The nearest skiing is at Flégère a 3 minute drive away (1.4km). There is a bus stop nearby, as well as a train station in Les Praz, giving access to each of the ski areas in the Valley.

There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops within easy reach in Les Praz and in Chamonix. Chamonix can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes using the river walking path.
