Servoz has long been part of France's mountaineering heritage and is steeped in authenticity. There is a small selection of restaurants and bars, including the Gorges de la Diosaz which has a Michelin Bib Gourmand award, a post office and a supermarket in the village. There is also easy access to the Route Blanche, linking to Geneva centre and the airport (45 minutes). The train station, which links le Fayet right through to Vallorcine, is 15 minutes walk.
