    Our opinion
    This is a beautiful property with 360 degree views from the wonderful gardens and balconies. There is a degree of flexibility in the accommodation for any buyer too, as the middle floor can easily be separated to provide an independent 3 bedroom apartment, or the living/kitchen area can be easily changed to an impressive master bedroom suite. It offers very good value in comparison to its Valley neighbours with much easier access to Geneva as well as a variety of ski areas.

    The chalet is situated on the south-facing slopes in the popular les Combes area, in a sheltered spot just above Servoz village (750 metres away, less than a 10 minute walk). At just over 800 metres in altitude, it is generally 3-4 degrees warmer than Chamonix itself and enjoys a sunny micro-climate. It is a short drive to a choice of ski areas, including les Houches (less than 10 minutes), Chamonix (15 minutes) and St Gervais (15 minutes), linking directly to Mégève and les Contamines. Servoz has long been part of France's mountaineering heritage and is steeped in authenticity. There is a small selection of restaurants and bars, including the Gorges de la Diosaz which has a Michelin Bib Gourmand award, a post office and a supermarket in the village. There is also easy access to the Route Blanche, linking to Geneva centre and the airport (45 minutes). The train station, which links le Fayet right through to Vallorcine, is 15 minutes walk.
