    The apartment has access to a ski locker and cave on the lower ground level as well as access to a communal bike store. There is also access to the Chamonix Sud underground car park.

    Our opinion
    Chamois Blanc is a standalone building on the edge of Chamonix Sud so although it benefits from being close to the town centre it is away from the noise of bars and restaurants. In addition it is a well maintained building with a concierge and has proved to be an excellent rental investment. This cleverly renovated apartment would be great for young families looking for a central location with easy access to the ski bus.

    Chamois Blanc is situated to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is 450 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (4 minutes by foot), but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

    The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) in the square in Chamonix Sud (200 metres away). There are several bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.

    For access to the slopes, there isn't really anywhere more convenient as it is right opposite the main bus stop. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus. The Aiguille du Midi cable car in 200 meters away, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.
