Our opinion

Very rare to market, this is an attractive apartment with outstanding views from the balcony and the velux windows. Close to the lifts and golf course and with all the local commerces on the doorstep it ticks a lot of boxes for a second home.

Location

Charlanon is situated in the heart of Les Praz village with several shops in the immediate vicinity (a village store, post office, ski/bike rental, bars and restaurants). The apartment is very close to the Flégère cable car (150m) for access to the pistes and the golf course (550m). It is 3km to the centre of Chamonix itself, a very pleasant 25 minute walk along the river. There are plenty of public transport options close by, with the bus passing along the main street and the train station 400m from the apartment.
