The chalet was built in the 1960s and was fully refurbished and extended in 2000. It provides 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 4 separate floors.
The chalet is built into the mountain side so it has some unusual character. The main living floor is the 'garden' floor which comprises a large open-plan, double-height lounge centred around an open fire and a picture window. This leads through to the dining area and open, fully equipped kitchen. There is access from this floor to the terrace, balcony and garden. The first floor is an open mezzanine with south-east facing balcony which is currently used as a TV and games room.

The chalet is in a great position - you can see the Prarion lift from the garden which means you can ski (off-piste) to your door! It is in a small collection of chalets with woodland behind so has a truly alpine feel but is just a 5 minute drive from Les Houches.

The nearest ski lift is the Prarion (you can see it from the garden), about 20 minutes walk away, but the chalet is ski-in (off-piste). The nearest public transport is in the same location, with buses running from Prarion into Chamonix and up the Valley to le Tour. The nearest supermarket is in Les Houches itself, just over a 5 minute drive (3.4 kms).
