Our opinion

The chalet has been very well thought out and provides a large chalet with a luxury finish, perfect for a family. There is also an opportunity to buy the adjoining property which is a small chalet to renovate of 90 m² on a plot of 332 m² for a cost of 260,000 Euros.

Location

Les Bossons is 4km (less than a 10 minute drive) south-west of Chamonix and 4km from Les Houches, with easy access to the main road in/out of the Chamonix valley. Chamonix and Les Houches both offer a large choice of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The closest ski lifts/ ski areas are Bellevue in Les Houches and Brévent in Chamonix, both around a 10 minute drive away.

There is a train station 10 minutes' walk from the chalet and a regular bus service runs to Chamonix, Les Houches and the different ski areas.
