    Our opinion
    Econtres is a rarely available large apartment in a traditional maison de pays which is well located within easy walking distance of town. It would make a good renovation project to create a good second home or rental investment.

    The apartment is located in Champraz, on a peaceful semi-pedestrianised path that runs the length of the Arve. It is located 5 minutes from the tennis courts and swimming pool and an easy 10 minute walk into the centre of Chamonix with its restaurants, shops and bars.

    The village of Les Praz is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction where there are local shops and restaurants and the Flégère cablecar for access to the Flégère - Brévent ski areas.

    Regular buses run from near the apartment to all the ski areas of the valley.
