    The opportunity to purchase a chalet in the sought after area of Les Praz with everything on its doorstep at this price doesn't come up very often. It would make an excellent second home or rental investment.

    The chalet is situated in the heart of Les Praz village with several shops in the immediate vicinity (a village store, post office, ski/bike rental, bars and restaurants).

    The apartment is very close to the Flégère cable car (150m) for access to the pistes and the golf course (550m). It is 3km to the centre of Chamonix itself, a very pleasant 25 minute walk along the river.

    There are plenty of public transport options close by, with the bus passing along the main street and the train station 400m from the apartment.
