A quiet, peaceful setting, wonderful gardens, backed by a very attractive authentic chalet make this an exceptional product. The size of the land offers many options and potential for further development.

    Chalet Seracs is situated just to the west of the les Pélérins area of Chamonix, 2.5km from the very centre of Chamonix. It is a peaceful, residential area with panoramic views of the peaks from le tour through to les Houches. The chalet is a 20-minutes walk to the edge of the town centre of Chamonix. There is a supermarket (Marche U) and boulangerie in les Pélérins, 100 meters (just over 2 minutes' walk) away.

    For transport, the chalet is just 450 meters from the Pélérins train station with bus stops there and on Route des Pélérins (75 meters away). Access to the Route Blanche (Geneva, Mont Blanc tunnel) is very easy, 150 meters from the chalet.
