Grangettes is a 'maison de pays' with 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a south facing terrace in the exclusive village of Lavancher. The property is a renovation project as it is mainly in its original state. The ground and first floors are habitable with lots of original wood floors and ceilings. The vast attic space is currently only used for storage, but would make a fantastic open plan living area with views towards the Mont Blanc range. Described by a local carpenter as one of the best examples of an old farm he has seen.
- Attractive traditional 'maison de pays' with 7 bedrooms over three floors
- Savoyard mazot in the garden
- A fantastic building project with great potential
- Sought after, quiet location
Our opinionThere is no doubt this is a renovation project, but using the property's original features and opening up the 'grange' would create an truly exceptional home in one of the last remaining unspoiled villages in the Chamonix Valley.
