    Grepon is a refurbished 6th floor studio apartment in central Chamonix, overlooking the gardens with spectacular views of Mont Blanc.

    Our opinion
    These smaller apartments are one of the best performing rental investments. Very functional, ideally located and with a reasonable purchase price. The apartment is in good rental condition and ready to rent.

    Grepon is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre, bordering the river on Promenade Marie Paradis. It is 300m from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard, but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

    The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) in the square in Chamonix Sud (100m away). There are several bars and restaurants within a minutes' walk.

    For access to the slopes, Grepon is very well located, being 150m from the main bus stop. The closest ski area is Brévent, just a few minutes' bus ride away. It is also no more than 2 minutes' walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.
