Our opinion

This is an attractive, modern apartment in a sunny position within the Valley, close to the golf course and several walking trails in the woods. It's all about the living space though with its double height, attractive timberwork and big windows.

Location

Laura lies in the hamlet of les Tines with its listed chapel, just to the north-east of the golf course in Les Praz, half way between Chamonix itself and Argentière. It is well placed for public transport, being just 500 metres from les Tines railway station with adjacent bus stop, giving access to the rest of the Valley. Chamonix Golf Course is a couple of minutes away by car, or a pleasant 20 minute walk along by the river. The nearest skiing is at la Flégère, just under 2km away, with Grands Montets just over 4km away (5 minute drive). Chamonix town itself is just under 5km to the south-west.
