Liarets is situated very close to the village of Les Praz vwith several shops (a village store, post office, ski/bike rental, bars and restaurants). The development is very close to the Flégère cable car (just over 1km away) for access to the pistes and the golf course. It is just over 2km to the centre of Chamonix itself, a very pleasant 20 minute walk along the river. There are plenty of public transport options close by, with the bus passing along the main street and the train station 1km away.
