It has a stylish finish with a double height lounge and a large private terrace.

    The chalet is less than 50m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, a 5 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix and has easy access to Chamonix Sud's bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

    The nearest ski area is Brévent which is about a 15 minute walk away (1km) and the Montenvers train station is within easy walking distance.

    The main bus station is 350m from the chalet (a 3 minute walk) with a regular bus service throughout the Chamonix Valley.
