Built in 1972 by the well known chalet construction company Trappier, the chalet has been well designed to provide good accommodation for a second home.
The chalet is entered either via the garage in winter or via the terrace in the summer months. The nearest ski lift is the Prarion gondola - just 2-3 minutes by car. The nearest public transport is in the same location, with buses running from Prarion into Chamonix and up the Valley to le Tour.
The nearest supermarket is in Les Houches, just over a 5 minute drive away (3.4 km).
