    Our opinion
    The chalet is spacious and has a wonderful feel. Set in the woodland of Songenaz, it's in a quiet position and has wonderful views. It is just a short drive from Chamonix and Les Houches too.

    Songenaz is a hamlet in the peaceful area of Les Bossons - 4km (less than a 10 minute drive) south-west of Chamonix and 5km from Les Houches, with easy access to the main road in/out of the Chamonix valley. Chamonix and Les Houches both offer a large choice of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

    The closest ski lifts/ ski areas are Bellevue in Les Houches and Brévent in Chamonix, both around a 10 minute drive away.

    There is a train station in Les Bossons and a regular bus service runs to Chamonix, Les Houches and the different ski areas.
