LocationThis land is very close to Les Gaillands, where there is a lake, climbing wall and bars/restaurants. It is only 3km to the centre of Chamonix (5 minutes in the car or a pleasant 30 minute walk). The closest shops and supermarket are in Les Pèlerins which is less than 500m from the plot. Brévent is the closest ski area, less than 3km away. There is a train station at Les Gaillands and a bus stop 200m from the land with regular services running throughout the Chamonix Valley, to access the different ski areas.
