Our opinionApartments like this very rarely come to the market. The finish is excellent and along with the high ceilings, excellent views and iconic features makes for something very special. Both apartments have tremendous appeal and the studio apartment is regularly rented out by the current owner. Apartments of this quality on this location are always in high demand.

LocationL'Univers is situated in an historic Chamonix building in the centre of town. As such it is well-placed for access to all the amenities but has a quiet aspect facing away from the street. The closest shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket are just a few steps away, as is the main train station which has a regular train service which runs the length of the Valley. The nearest ski area is Brévent which is about a 10 minute walk away (650m) and the Montenvers train station and the Aiguille du Midi cable car are within easy walking distance.
