Our opinion

Particularly with the recent changes to the planning rules, large chalets in enviable positions are increasingly sought after. With its 8 ensuite bedrooms, a cinema/pool room and a vast living area that would make a fabulous entertaining space, Anatolia is a rare product indeed. With the new Flégère lift, plus ongoing investment in Les Praz, this is an interesting prospect and would make a comfortable family home as much as a rental investment.

Location

Chalet Anatolia is situated in the sought-after, sunny area of Les Praz, a pleasant 20 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix via the riverside and sports centre. It is also just over a 5 minute walk (500 metres) to the village of les Praz, which has various bars, restaurants and shops.

For access to the skiing, the nearest lift is at la Flégère, 850 metres from the chalet. The nearest bus stop is very close to the chalet, giving free access to the entire Valley.
