Our opinion

It's all about the location. Although it would work equally well as a residence, Chintalaya has spent most of its recent past as a rental chalet with a strong rental performance from being so central. Ideally set up with 5 ensuite bedrooms, the chalet works well with the kitchen/dining area separate from the main living area and additional TV room. Easy to maintain, this is the perfect, turnkey investment already set up with our rental team.

The chalet is right in the centre of Chamonix, tucked away in a quiet position just off Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi. It is literally steps from the nearest restaurants, shops and bars with the main high street just over 150 metres away, as well as the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car 250 metres away. The nearest supermarket is Casino (200 metres).

For public transport, the Aiguille du Midi train station is 150 metres away. The main bus station at Chamonix Sud is 400 metres away, less than 5 minutes on foot.
