Our opinion

Location, location, location... There are very few chalets in such a central position, making this a very good investment opportunity for rental use. Despite being so central, it is in a reasonably private setting where the immediate surroundings have seen extensive improvements over the past few years.

The chalet is situated in the heart of Chamonix town centre, just over 100 metres from Avenue Michel Croz, one of the main shopping streets with a number of bars, restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance.

The chalet lies adjacent to the historic Parc Couttet, which was recently restored to its former glory and gives a very pleasant access towards the main square in central Chamonix as well as giving plentiful open space to enjoy right on the doorstep.

For public transport, the chalet is just over 100 metres to Chamonix train station and stops for the "Mulet", the local bus that covers much of the central area. The nearest main bus stop for access to the main ski areas and the rest of the Valley is by the Montenvers train station, 400 metres away (5 minute walk).
