The chalets are in a very nice, tranquil location close to the golf course and the forest trails on the south-facing side of the Valley. With wonderful, panoramic views, energy efficient heating and contemporary internal styling, the chalets are very appealing as a home as much as an investment.

The chalets are located in les Tines, just to the west of the hamlet itself, in a private, tranquil position. The train station and bus stops are no more than 3 minutes' walk from the chalets, giving easy access to the ski areas and other towns/villages in the Valley between Martigny and Servoz.

Les Tines is 4km up the Valley from Chamonix itself and 5km from Argentière. The nearest skiing is at la Flégère, a 3 minute drive away (1.6km), as is the village of les Praz with several bars, restaurants and a small grocery store.
