Our opinion

This is a very attractive, good-sized chalet but it is all about the view and the position. A lovely, tranquil spot that is literally metres from the centre of les Praz but also very walkable to the new lift at la Flégère. The chalet is just off the river path leading all the way into Chamonix (25 minutes on foot), past the tennis courts and sports centre.
