This is an attractive, nice sized chalet in a very convenient, residential location with wonderful Mont Blanc views from the terrace, garden and living area thanks to the double height living space. The chalet is a rare find at this budget level and would suit all buyers, whether looking for a home, 2nd home or rental investment.

Location

The chalet is located in the popular and well-placed "les Favrands" area, just to the west of Chamonix centre. It is a pleasant, flat, 15 minute walk to the town square, 7-8 minutes to the edge of town.

The chalet is easily walkable (500 metres, 5 minutes) to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and new butchers at les Pelerins. The town's main bakery, le Fournil Chamoniard, is a similar distance as are two schools, Jeanne d'Arc and Jacques Balmat.

For public transport, the main Chamonix bus stop, giving free access to all the slopes, is 700 metres away. It is also the drop-off for airport transfer companies such as EasyBus and SAT. The nearest train station is at les Moussoux, 5 minutes walk from the chalet.
