Our opinionA beautifully kept chalet in a private position next to the Les Houches slopes. It would be a wonderful family home you could ski back to! The chalet really doesn't need any amendments but there are options to suit all buyers - maybe creating a huge master suite or creating a gym. There are plenty of possibilities.

LocationChalet Mathilde is located next to the pistes of les Houches in the sought after area of les Chavants. Being slightly higher and in the bend of the Valley, it is one of the sunniest spots. The centre of les Houches is just over 2kms away (less than a 5 minute drive) where there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The roads are very well cleared so access is not a problem. The pistes lead directly to the Prarion gondola, from where a regular bus service connects to the rest of the Valley and the other ski areas.
