Our opinion

Views, location and quality, quite simply. This is a very interesting opportunity to acquire an off-plan chalet but with complete flexibility to choose the interior and exterior finishes and, to some extent, the layout. Most comparable new-builds are delivered 18-24 months after a deal has been signed but, in this case, the developer chose to start works but wait for a buyer to complete the finishes.

Location

The chalet is situated mid-way between Chamonix and the village of les Praz in the Plaine des Praz. It is part of a small cluster of recently built, exclusive chalets on a private, no-through road. The chalet is less than a 20 minute walk to the very centre of Chamonix and 10 minutes to les Praz, both along the very pleasant riverside path. The path also leads to the tennis club (900m), the sports centre/pool (1km) and spa. The golf club, just beyond les Praz, is 1.1km.

For access to the pistes, the nearest bus stop is at the entrance to Clos des Rosières, just over 100m from the chalet. Otherwise, la Flégère lift station is just beyond les Praz, a 12 minute walk away.
