Our opinion

This is an apartment which has been improved by the owners with modern features creating a different feel to the typical MGM apartments. It is a great rental position, being between the Prarion and Bellevue lifts. It is close to the Prarion pistes and an experienced skier could even ski to the door!

Location

The Grand Tetras building is ideally situated between the two main ski lifts in Les Houches, the Prarion and Bellevue. It is no more than 200 metres from the former, which is the main lift to the slopes as well as the meeting point for the ski schools. Along with a few cafés and shops at the Prarion lift, there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops at the Bellevue lift, 650 metres (6 minute walk) away. The main village itself is a 20 minute walk (1400 metres away).
