This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to run a Bed and Breakfast or a small hotel, as well as a restaurant and bar on the side. The location is ideal, withing walking distance to both the ski lifts and shops, which is key when running both a hotel and a bar.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Chamonix, a one minute walk to the north end of the pedestrianised high street, close to restaurants and shops. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the train station is a 5 minute walk away. The closest ski area is Le Brévent, and you can easily walk to the Savoy ski slope in less than 5 minutes, which leads up to Le Brévent.
