Our opinion

This studio would be a good rental investment thanks to it's central location and lovely balcony. It's quieter than the apartments situated in the main Chamonix Sud square too.

The Chamonix-Rivière apartment building is situated to the south west of Chamonix town centre, on the exterior of the Chamonix Sud square. It is 300m from the main shopping street, Rue Paccard (4 minutes walk) and there are shops, bars and restaurants even closer by. The closest supermarket is "Spar" in the main Chamonix Sud square (100m from the apartment). The location is very practical for access to the ski slopes as it is only 150m from the main bus stop. The closest ski area is Brévent, just 2 minutes away on the bus. The apartment building is 2 minutes walk away from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.
