Our opinion

This is a great location, very close to the main bus stop for access to the pistes as well as the drop-off point for Geneva airport transfers. We currently manage the rentals of the apartment and the seller would be willing to sell the furniture, making it a very attractive, turnkey investment.

Location

White Pearl is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix centre on Route des Pèlerins. It is a very short walk (250 metres) from the main bus stop in Chamonix Sud, giving easy access to the pistes, the rest of the Valley as well as Geneva airport and Italy.

The town centre itself is 600 metres away with a number of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is the newly renovated Spar in Chamonix Sud, opposite the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car (just over a 5 minute walk).
